מלון באווירה יוקרתית, חדר מרווח מאוד.

תאורה חלשה בחדר. ארוחת בוקר בעייתית - מקבלים עד שני שוברים לחדר (דבר שלא צויין בהזמנה). השוברים מאפשרים לקבל מספר פריטים מינימלי (אנחנו קיבלנו תמורת השובר אומלט וקפה בלבד) מהמזנון שבמלון שפתוח לארוחת בוקר רק עד 9:00. כל תוספת של פריט נוסף מאוד מאוד יקרה (למשל בייגל, מוזלי, שתיה קרה).

The location was perfect first day, but was expecting our room to look at least as nice as the picture and not outdated.

The outside of the property was absolutely beautiful

An older hotel, meaning it is not up to the technology or conveniences of the Calgary Canada Clique.

Clean & Comfortable for an overnight stay. First floor room available. Snack & drink cabinet for easy access where the honor system is respected as you notify the front desk of your choice. Ice machine nearby.

LG TV- response to the remote control is only located on the top rim left to center. Yikes! Partner had to call Hotel service to show her how to get a response from the remote control. Unfortunately he was tall and didn't allow her to use the remote to see if she got it. I got it. Funny.

Would not recommend this hotel.

Our first room had bugs, we moved to a second room and this room had dirty stained bed sheets, the TV remote didn’t work and the sink was clogged. We moved again to a third room and this room was just ok.

The bed was comfortable. There were enough pillows for all guests. The AC worked great.

It seemed very outdated. Had trouble with checking in, purchased my stay days before I arrived & there was issues with confirmation of payment. Instead of the hotel employee calling to confirm, they wanted to charge me & then talk with booking.com about refunding me.

The hotel felt very safe, I understand that the cleaning policy of the hotel is twice a week and I believe them because

I liked the location the lobby was beautiful

The person who checked my daughter and myself in, he did kindly reverse an accidental 2nd reservation that was made, but was talking about (what I assumed to be) prior guests in a negative way, I felt he was a bit condescending to me when he said that there were two entrances one of them was quite tricky so I could always just come through the lobby, as if his confidence in my comprehensive abilities may be one of my shortcomings.

Very nice and clean place to stay

Shower has everything I needed,room was very clean,beds were very comfy, we used the gym, is open24/7 everything was good overall

THE ELEVATORS!!!!! so noisy sometimes feels like its gonna get stuck and a single bottle of water $7 !!!!!! luckily walmart is very close so we get a 40 pack for that same price

How close it is to Magic Mountain

The bathroom was a nightmare. The door to get into the bathroom was sticking - you had to pull like hell to get into the bathroom & hit the door with your shoulder to get out. The tile in the shower had a large rough edged crack in the wall & a big chip in the enamel on the tub. I showed the front desk picture of damage. The cold water faucet on the sink was extremely hard to turn. This was reported at the desk the first night of a 2 day stay & was told they would send someone to look at it the next day. There was no offer to move us to another room. They only do housekeeping including changing your towels on Monday & Wednesday and we were there Thursday night & Friday night both nights getting in after 10. When I complained about this on check out I was handed a little card explaining the housekeeping policy & they said you could have called the desk. I was told on check out the couldn’t discount my room because I booked through a third party but the would comp me anything I wanted from the store. Are you freaking kidding me??!! I told them I’ll take your comps but I’m still filing a complaint with corporate - this is unacceptable. I told them room 169 should not be rented to anyone without undergoing a complete renovation.
