This was probably the best hotel I've ever stated at in the States. It was clean, staff was friendly, and it was well maintained. I've gone to so many other hotels at this level and none even come close. Honestly, I can't imagine staying any place else the next time I come.
You will need a car, but it's ohio, thats a given.

I loved the staff they were all super nice and super accommodating their the reason I would come back !
Uncomfortable temperature in the room and the beds were horrible.

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Great, non scary location.
The AC unit was not working in our room. Front office was alerted, but they would not call maintenance staff in on their day off. So hot room with heat kicking on. And no money was refunded for an uncomfortable night.
