This was an expensive stay due to surge pricing because of CU students returning back to school.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Missing weights in the gym. Elevator out of service the whole time. Construction throughout the hotel.

Not much else as far as hotels in Boulder to accommodate a small pet so for that it was ok.

The construction in the front of the building was a nuisance. The view from the room was of dumpsters. There were stains on the carpet. The shower was weak - a mere trickle of water. The key to get out of garage didnt work properly.

Excellent location and hotel renovation will be wonderful when completed.

Great location just off Canyon Blvd. Room was very clean and had great view of the the Flatirons.

Renovation construction at ground level made initial access awkward.

Construction site - noise starts at 6am

room was modern

the hotel is currently a construction site - the front of the hotel is a whole building area. the work on the site started around 6am with lots of noise. the hotel did not warn us beforehand or gave us a discount. breakfast is expensive for what it is (e.g. no cooked oat meal) - I wouldn't bother with it and go to a place nearby. gym is ok, but some free weights are missing. bathroom has a (milky) glass door - if your partner goes to the loo at night - the whole room is illuminated. also you can see your partner on the pot.

Other than they said booking.com had not sent payment yet, it was fine.

Nice and clean ! Great water pressure in the shower!

Bed was hard and pillows too squishy. Felt like you were sleeping on a concrete slab 🤣

The room was fine but unacceptable treatment from hotel staff.

The barista who got our coffee and breakfast was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable.

I feel like we were treated poorly because we used booking.com to get our room. The person at the front desk was not helpful and he kept referencing that we had used booking.com. He didn't tell us about the parking and when we asked about it, he told us how to get to the garage but then never activated our key card so we couldn't get in. Then after we found someone else to fix our key card, she said they wouldn't charge us for parking because of the hassle. But when we checked out, there it was on our bill and we had to ask to have it taken off. We had asked for a one hour late check out. The guy at night said it would likely be no problem but the computer wouldn't let him put it in until morning. Then in the morning, the front desk person said no to the late check out. Too many weird things to be a coincidence. Left me with a negative feeling. No one should be treated that way. Was it just total incompetence? Maybe so. Felt hostile though.

I EXPECTED MUCH BETTER FOR THE PRICE.

THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT

NO SECURITY IN UNDERGROUND PARKING, YET I WAS CHARGED $20.00 A NIGHT TO PARK THERE. THE CHECK-IN PERSON DIDN'T VALIDATE MY KEY WITH THE PRE-PAID PARKING, SO I COULDN'T GET OUT THROUGH THE GATE WHEN I NEEDED TO LEAVE. THIS HELD UP OTHER CARS WHILE I HAD TO WALK IN WITH AN INJURED FOOT TO GET MY ROOM KEY AUTHORIZED AT THE FRONT DESK, SO I COULD LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. THERE WERE A LOT OF UNDISCLOSED FEES THAT I ENDED UP PAYING, THAT WEREN'T MENTIONED IN THE ROOM QUOTE I RECEIVED BEFORE BOOKING. I CONSIDER THIS DECEPTION. ALSO...UNFRIENDLY AND UNCARING STAFF.
