The front desk staff were so nice. The bar/ restaurant was very convenient while waiting to go to a concert. Happy hour appetizers and drinks and the bartender was so nice. Also the front desk showed us the option to do the shuttle to and from MetLife which totally paid off. Also the little convenience store to get a late night snack after returning late from the concert. Microwave included to heat up your midnight snack.

Modern clean hotel. The room was spacious.
Sliding door is not sound proof as we could hear the cars on the highway.

It was close to the mall
Staff was ok, kinda blah. Room was dirty as well as the bathroom, sticky floor and hair in the shower. The nightstand wasn't wiped down and had strikes of junk on it. There was no big light. A very dim light when you walked in then you had to find another lamp which was also very dim. Bed as alright. Pillows sucked!
