Decent room and bathroom. Bed and pillows were ok.
We asked for our room to be changed because the room and/or carpet had a strong unpleasant odor. The 2nd room had the same odor but not as strong. When we approached the Reception desk to check out the next morning the desk employee was relaxing with her feet up on the lobby sofa looking at her phone. Very unprofessional. She got up when she saw us and was polite but that was a very bad look for the hotel.
