The room was very spacious, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Nice looking hotel and very inviting when you walk in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and perfect for us.

Recepionists were helpful and pleasant, housekeeping was efficient and pleasant.
Perhaps a greeting could be posted by the coffee with directions. Breakfast could be improved - it was cold and sparse.

Its old and not updated. Bad covering on chairs in the dining area. Trash on floor in elevators. The temp was cool but humid in the halls. The thermostat in the room was difficult to keep the A/C running. No housekeeping service for all of the 3 nights we were there. Not even trash was taken out or beds done. Room did not have alarm clock and peeling paint in 2 areas on the ceiling in the bathroom. The entire hotel could use an update.
