Nice location, staff was not friendly.

The location was great, the room was clean and spacious. The valet team worked hard and was friendly. The guest services team on the phone was helpful.

The front desk staff was rude and not friendly. The didn't provide the customer service I would expect from a hotel of that caliber. I asked to change my room because my first room 110 overlooked the parking lot and I hoped to have a better view from the waterfront hotel for my wife's birthday celebration. The front desk accommodated my request but with an attitude and seemed to frustrated with me for asking. It wasn't the way I wanted to be welcomed to a new city with my family and left a bad taste in my mouth for the remainder of the stay.

The staff was very profesional and helpful. The hotel location is excellent.The room needs cleaning

Room was full of dust. The refrigerator had a frozen meat from other guest. The bathroom had hair all over.

Delightfully decorated accommodations with waterfront access provded a lovely weekend escape.

A clean and great location but that’s about it for this stay….

The location is great.

The room temperature would not get cooler than 72. It was super hot and very stuffy. There’s also no air circulation in the bathroom. When we were there only one elevator was working. that was a super pain because they were so busy.

Excellent location for Naval Academy Induction Day, but average overpriced room ,expensive parking

Location was excellent

Could really hear others going to their rooms. No fan in bathroom. Way too expensive for average room. No mini fridge. Expensive valet parking.

Small leak in our room from the Keurig machine. Also the cocktails were Navy strong!! LOL

the location cant be beat> the staff was incredible!

Both were great

we were placed in a handicap room and we did not request and are not handicapped. The shower water constantly flowed out of shower into bathroom.

The location was great, clean, restaurant at the motel, pretty quiet, helpful staff.

I would have liked complementary breakfast and/or parking.

The restaurant was good most of the time but my breakfast was wrong, burned and they took it back and returned the exact same plate to me. Very disappointed in the meal.

Superb

The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and points of interest. Room amenities are excellent. Helpful and friendly staff.

Parking is pay /valet service only. No breakfast provided. Hallway temperatures were around 80 degrees. Shower water temperature fluctuates often.
