I was hesitant to book because of the mixed reviews. Personally I have no regrets in fact I will return! Location is just perfect if you like to explore walking, residential area next to a park, I stayed in 2 different floors and both rooms were absolutely quiet (maybe because I stayed longer they were considerate).
Building is relatively old so don’t expect anything luxurious or modern, (one bathroom had bad odor) but it was quiet, clean, the lady (and all staff) in the reception very kind. Got upgraded both times! Maybe I just got lucky but would recommend.
