Location was excellent!! Staff friendly! The room was clean and temperature of the room stayed consistent (hard to find in a hotel) the cold breakfast had a very nice appealing variety!!
The receptionist told us she would put us on the quieter floor, however several teens ran the halls screaming, slamming doors, playing chase, laughing and being disruptive until after 1am. This was the most noisiest stay I've ever encountered, which is little fault of the hotel, although I would like to suggest, when having families with kids/ teens they should be placed on first floor, so their running, screaming and desire to play hide and seek in the hotel isn't disturbing to those that don't have kids and the staff can detour any of those potential interruptions. I still gave an excellent review, despite the inability to enjoy quiet restful sleep, at no fault of the staff, but your customers would enjoy their sleep and stay far more if the hotel is quiet.

I did not have a chance to have breakfast since I had an early flight and they did not put breakfast out early.
I called the front desk and asked for a wake up call due to my late arrival and early departure, I never got the call.
