Overall it was good!

They don’t have as good of a continental breakfast… they took away the waffle machine!!

Needs updates, indoor pool was dirty, hot tub was not working. I reserved a room with let out couch and all the rooms were taken at check in.

The elevator kept breaking down and the breakfast food wasn't that good. Housekeeping only came in the room one time during my stay

Poor

The property was dirty no extra towels or bed sheets the mattress was stained. The elevator didn’t work 90% of the time and for the room to be 178 per night those issues where unacceptable

pool wasn’t open 24/7 like every other location they have, hot tub was broken and water stunk. hair was everywhere in my bathroom. disappointed.

convenience to where i needed to go. staff was very friendly and accomodating

Very nice…if in the area again, this will be our first choice.

Breakfast was nice! Staff very accommodating. The breakfast hostess and lady at the checkin desk were very friendly, pleasant and exceptional nice.

Very unhappy…awful to sleep in a room with hundred of ants….inexcusable

Breakfast was very good

Ants everywhere in the room….got in all of our food, asked to change rooms, only 2 kings left and we would have to book and pay for both compared to 1 room. Very unhappy

Nice place

The staff were all very nice. We were able to check in early which was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. It was quiet. It would have been nice if the lamps had usb plugs along with the electrical plugs. No complaints with our stay. We would stay there again.

Disappointing

The location was near things we needed.

The bathroom was not fully clean to start with. We stayed 4 days and could not get room service at all. Was told they only clean the room upon check out. Had to request towels and bedding as needed and clean the room myself. Breakfast sandwiches all had pork and only cow milk was available.

We have stayed at many Fairfield Inns. My husband is a Marriott member and this was by far the worst

Breakfast was fine & staff was very nice

The sheets did NOT fit the bed!! Bed was a king but sheets were queen size. I called down to front desk & requested the correct size. They brought another set of Queen. I called down again and the employee said that was all they had.

Very enjoyable stay.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. We’re able to reserve the pool for our family.

Before the pandemic, it had one of the best breakfast bars. I hope that can be resumed in the future.

Poor.

We couldn’t connect to WIFI, there was no extra blankets pillows dirty laundry bags in room. When we pulled out the sofa couch there was dirty linen on it with food and hair, because it was late I had to go to the front get clean sheets and make the bed, I had nothing to disinfect the bed with. Here we are in a time of a pandemic and the room was dirty! We left the next morning to another hotel.
