The staff and everyone we spoke to were very nice and did their best to accommodate our needs. TV was fixed with hours of request! Ample parking was available.
Dated rooms, our room smelled like stale smoke. Breakfast was minimal but at least they something.

It was relatively clean but very poor maintenance. The bathroom ground fault outlet was inoperative. It could not be reset, it had been painted over so much that the buttons could not be moved. Safety hazard. The bathroom door had been patched badly buy possibly a 10 year old, it was that bad.
The breakfast was decent
