Cigarette smell beware

The breakfast and coffee was good.

The smell of cigarettes was so strong in the room that my bags and hair and clothes all now smell like cigarettes. The room was advertised as non smoking 🚭 The front desk staff on arrival wasn't very pleasant. Did their job. Very bad stench of cigarettes in the room.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room. There was no handwashing liquid.

Disappointing

We found Cockroaches in the washroom and spiderwebs.

Hallway smells and the facilities are not clean. Cigarettes buds are everywhere.

Location. When there was a problem and we contacted them they immediately responded.

There were ants on bathroom floor. Was supposed to have breakfast bar but only had cereal and pastries in a package to eat. I was counting on not having to buy breakfast out but had to. Facility needs to be updated and can use some TLC. I didn’t wear socks on my feet in the room and by bedtime the bottom of my feet were really dirty, so felt like I always had to have something on my feet because I knew the floors were dirty. I would not recommend staying there.

Would have been a great stay if I was able to get a good bed.

The location and access was really good. the staff was polite. Free parking.

Very noice throughout the night. The beds are not comfortable.

Got what was paid for.

Did not eat the breakfast. Liked the location and the price for what we got. Staff were polite.

Floors were sticky when we walked on them barefoot. Very little hot water the last night of our stay when we really needed a hot shower. Toilet was iffy at times. Facilities need updating.

I left after only a short time and requested to speak to the manager which still haven’t been able to get a hold of.

the sheets were stained as if they hadn’t been washed, and there was roaches everywhere. on the ceiling, bed, floor, they got into my food.

The location had everything I needed for an overnight stay but the bugs in my rooms were gross! :(

I think the people at the reception area were incredibly helpful and kind.

There were bugs in my room that I didn't notice until nighttime (sink area and running across the floor).
