We were originally scheduled to stay at a different property, but due to a last-minute reservation issue, we unexpectedly arrived at this Marriott. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, helping us quickly secure two rooms for a three-night stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Throughout our visit, the team was welcoming and professional, which turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. We appreciated their attentiveness and will gladly choose this Marriott again when visiting the area.
The computers at check-in were very slow, and the system had apparently been updated.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
I don't like all of the taxes that are added on, etc. bed, room and sales! That's ridiculous! If you are paying for a room, a bed and a room are expected to be there. Adding an addtional tax on each individual item is price gouging. Also, my room was paid for in advance and I was temporarily charged an incidental fee. If I want to purchase something at the hotel, I will pay for it up front. I don't need to charge it to my room.

The bed was very uncomfortable.
The room carpet smell like cat pee. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was very weak.
