Disappointed that I did not get the room I booked. A bit overpriced for the size of the room.

Was breakfast included? I was not told that by the staff.

I booked a King room and ended up with 2 queens. I went down to explain the situation, and the staff told me there were no King rooms available. I made my reservation over a month in advance. They pretty much told me I was out of luck and that was all.

Only negative is that a king room was recommended for a family of four but there was not a pullout couch.

Very clean and welcoming , restaurant fit us in right away even though it was late and close to closing we were starving

Price was pretty high but it was the weekend of a huge volleyball tournament, cheer meet, and wedding so it was packed

Very clean rooms

Long wait time for hotel restaurant and there was open tables, so makes me think there was a shortage of staff. I also waited over 30 minutes in line at the hotel Starbucks.

I would have stayed elsewhere if not for my schedule.

For the price of the room, parking should not be extra or so expensive. WiFi should not be an add on. Food options on site were limited and boring. The room was comfortable but no more than any other hotel. Other hotels offer complimentary breakfast, but why do that when you can charge extra? Your name isn’t worth that much and the stay was adequate but I have been at far better hotels at comparable and better rates.

Not impressive. The rug on the floor was dirty and looked like it should have been replaced years ago. Staff were adequate but mostly absent. No room service and the restaurant on site was not appealing.

The room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The added perk of the M club was excellent. Would reserve room again.

Great stay. Luisville was a bit underwhelming…

Very nice shared spaces. Nice Lobby, bar and Porch restaurant was great. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Service so good, I'm definitely coming back!

The staff was beyond amazing! I have travelled a lot for work and have never experienced this level of hospitality even at 5-star resorts. If I travel back to Louisville, I will be staying here again! Hotel was clean, WiFi was great, the restaurant was top notch!

The only thing I didn't love is that the hotel is near the downtown Police station so there are a lot of sirens. If you are not from a large city, you'll notice.

A hotel to visit never again!!

Room was fine.

Service was far below what you might expect. Low service attitude of employees. Booked room with breakfast. At 9.35 at the Breakfast room got the message that there was no table free and breakfast would close at 10.00. So no breakfast.

Cleanliness overall and the location -- near multiple restaurant choices.

Bathrooms only had shower & no safety bars. That should be standard in all rooms even if the room is not considered handicap accessible
