Price, location to the freeway. I have stayed at a number of comfort ends and felt more luxurious. This location just seem to need more attention to detail. The dining room was clean and appealing, but I left at 5 AM and was not able to use it.
It appeared that they have had a busy summer. The hallways were in need of vacuuming and a cleaning. There wasn’t an ice machine on the 3rd floor. My key didn’t work on the stairwell doors when I attempted to return with things from my car. A closet was propped open with a short pole of some kind.

Clean and easy to find.
The TV did not work and the toilet did not function correctly.
