The room was Exactly what I was looking for this trip..I had to travel with my mom n dad to PA for my sons reception, he n his wife are both in the airforce so this was even more special especially for my parents cause they haven't seen him in over 2yrs..besides that it was important to me for them to be comfortable as the trip here was a 7hour drive, so when we got here it was a relief to see they even had their own bathroom..I also had to cook for 65 people,I had pre made some things so having an oven n stove to fry up a ton of chicken cutlets was great.I forgot oven mitts and 2 other utensils that thankfully was provided there in kitchen.I was able to do exactly what I needed to do and accommodate my parents.

Room was nice and spacious for a small family. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 little girls 4 year old and a 1.5 year old and there was enough space for us to feel comfortable.

There was not enough garbage bags in the room for us and we had to get bags a few times from the front counter. The room we stayed in was right beside the stars to the comfort inn which is attached so we could hear people slamming the steps doors early in the morning and late at night. Our Room number was 303. A more major complaint we had is that our room key broke 3 times… it would allow us into the building and onto our floor but then would give us a red light into the room. We had to go to the front desk each time and get a new key made each time this happened. We told the staff and didn’t feel like they really cared about the fact we had to come down to floor 1 each time to get a new card made. As a parent of two little ones and trying to keep them quiet and patient when this happened was extremely frustrating. Just a little bit of sorry or understanding would have went a long way. This was by far our biggest issue. The front staff just didn’t seem to care that we had this happen multiple times.

But for the cost and the area it was a great value.

Room was good and clean, but the bathtub was very slippery to stand in to take a shower. For a suite I would have thought that there would have been some utensils available to use. Not many people going on vacation are packing them.

A little noisy but that is to be expected. Both sinks were clogged up to where it took a while for them to drain.

Superb

Everything was really nice.

Was just passing through on our trip, needed to sleep and shower. Didn't know it was a water slide hotel when I booked last minute driving up. So not the hotels fault but was my own for not realizing that. So kept waking up to kids running and being loud. Again not hotels fault. Didn't know when I booked online.

I won’t be back. I couldn’t get a refund for it so we had to stay. Walked up 3 flights of steps..

Not much I wasn’t informed about the renovation. The jacuzzi tub did not work and I paid over 400 for the room

Disappointing

The rooms were spacious and would have fit our family nice if we would have stayed. The had the necessary kitchen utensils so we didn't have to buy extra.

When we came into the room there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. There were bed bugs in our room. We didn't get to enjoy the room. We didn't get to use any amenities or anything.

convenient access to splash lagoon, 2 bedroom suite option and pool on site.

still needs a lot of work / updating. Kids had severely irritated eyes after swimming in the pool so may have had too many chemicals.

Relatively manageable and comfortable.

The location was great for our family. The room was a great size for our family and nice for our family dog.

We traveled in the middle of winter and our room still had the window ac unit in the window and it was sealed very poorly. We had to use blankets and furniture to do our best to keep cold air out.

Value for the money we spent was 11/10

Everything was great! The staff were very nice and they were happy to fulfill all of our requests. The fitness Center was everything I could’ve asked for as with all the amenities in the room. Hot breakfast was great bonus!

The bed was a little uncomfortable as to what were used to.

Breakfast was hot but it looked like all the food had been reheated. Not fresh. This location is central to lots of food and shopping. We brought the kids on a day we did not attend the Splash Lagoon water park and the kids still had fun!

Very disappointing, started out great, ended poorly, was supposed to be a birthday party for 8 year

Started out great,till Room downstairs from us decided to have a party at 3am so our floor above was vibrating, called manager she said the issue was addressed but wasn't taken care of because it was still going on till 4:30 am, had to pack up 3 small children and leave at 5 am because of noise and cigarette smoke. Returned later and spoke to manager, was not helpful. Calling corporate.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were all great and the room was comfortable.

The 2 bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable.

The property was not as clean as I would have liked, pictures were not a good representation.

The property had our first requirement- pet friendly, and our second… near interstate Rt 90. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the suite large and clean.

The pet fee was higher than most places.

breakfast , swimming pool hot tub jet bath Jacuzzi in the room the kitchen set up bedroom set up 2 TVs cool

I didn’t like the fact that the room was falling apart first off and there was a hole in the closet door the wallpaper was coming off the wall the heat sometimes will get too hot or the air would get too cold and that nobody had moved me to another room when I had asked when I arrive there Friday evening everyone kept saying you’re sorry and I was renovations going on soon
