The location and the customer service
The room was a little humid

Close and convenient to all of the places we wanted to go while we were there.
No Breakfast, no bistro open on Sunday Morning. Had to get coffee from a Kiosk and then go to the desk to have it charged to the room.

The size of the room
The towels were the worst towels I’ve ever had to use. The plumbing was messed up in our room. The stools and tub were clogged.

The location. Due to high club attendance the property parking was full and had to drive around a few times.
