The staff on the 4th floor on morning shift was horrible! Had me in tears the way they treated me and my 2 daughters! We came for a tournament and checkout morning the 4th floor staff was very disrespectful! They talked about me took pictures of me as I waited for the elevator. Laughed, one girl with the long nails looked at the other older staff and made a comments and they all laughed! Two came up because the older lady texted them and looked and me and blocked the elevator. So I had to stand there and wait even longer while they pointed fingers at me, spoke in Spanish about me, and stared at me! I sent my daughters down to f ahead to my truck because there wasn’t room in the elevator. I had the car with all of our belongings, so I sent them on down when they had a chance. Coming down the hall there was them 3 Spanish ladies and three big blue carts we said “excuse us” my baby was trying to get by and the cart out belongings was on tap the light fixture. I checked it, it wasn’t broke or anything. I said to my baby “you good it’s heavy I’ll push it!” The first girl laughed! My baby looked at me and I said “you good it ain’t broke and ain’t shit funny!” Again I sent them on down! From there it went left! I got downstairs and told the lady at the desk! Our entire team paid money to stay there. This was embarrassing and if I had acted as I wanted “yall know the rest”! The overall room was clean and tidy! The toilet handle was broke I had to fix it because they didn’t have anyone to fix it at the moment. The pool was nice and the area was as well! But them 4th floor staff on 8/10/2025 @9:17am was horrible! $180 a night for that type of treatment was sad! I wouldn’t tel anyone else not to stay there but I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!
