Jordan at the service desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. For a budget stay, he offered high-end service.
The sofa bed mattress was a bit tattered and doesn't look like it gets turned often.

Breakfast was great.
Fitness room and pool could be improved. They are not terrible and they are definitely usable but the fitness room only has a treadmill, elliptical, and dumbbells. Pool was clean but chilly and the pool needs some cosmetic repairs. But to be fair definitely in better shape than most other hotels in this price range though.

We didn't eat breakfast there, because everyone wanted to go to Cracker Barrel, which was right around the corner.
It was reasonably priced.
We loved the hot water and showerhead.
The bathtub was slanted, and taking a shower was precarious, especially because THERE WERE NO GRAB BARS AVAILABLE IN CASE OF A FALL. There were grab bars to get in and out of the tub, but nothing to break a fall.
The entire building had a musty, moldy smell, although we didn't see any mold.
