This hotel was along our trip from the New York State Fair to Letchworth State Park. It was convenient, clean, safe, and nice.
There was nothing that I did not like.

I felt the room was very clean and comfortable. When coming back from a concert late, I found the side entry door was unlocked and didn’t have to use the card to enter. For safety reasons I felt that was odd. Also, the bottom of the shower was very slippery. I had to be cautious not to slip. For older guest and even young you may want to consider putting down a type of grip to prevent falls.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with problems we encountered. The shower was very refreshing and the bathroom were clean.
We could not get into the room, the handle to open the door did not operate properly. It had to be pulled forward and then down with considerable effort to open the door. The AC unit did not operate properly. Room temperature was 66 degrees (had to contact the desk and have someone to at least get some heat in the room) by morning it rose to 69 degrees. Also the morning breakfast left little to desire. We went to Tim Hortons to have a decent cup of coffee.
