The comfortable room, and the breakfast menu and attractive nook.
The room heater wasn't working too well. We did stay comfortable enough though.

This was my second stay here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The overall property from what I’ve seen is very clean as well.
That it doesn’t have an elevator.

It was a reasonable price during the week and the continental breakfast was nice. Didn't have to run out to get breakfast. Somewhere location is excellent for the finger lakes.
The bed was a little too soft in the middle and too squeaky

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with problems we encountered. The shower was very refreshing and the bathroom were clean.
We could not get into the room, the handle to open the door did not operate properly. It had to be pulled forward and then down with considerable effort to open the door. The AC unit did not operate properly. Room temperature was 66 degrees (had to contact the desk and have someone to at least get some heat in the room) by morning it rose to 69 degrees. Also the morning breakfast left little to desire. We went to Tim Hortons to have a decent cup of coffee.
