Good. The types of hot food varied each day, which was appreciated. The staff member in charge of the breakfast station was friendly and attentive in her work. You could tell that she took pride in supporting the guests.
My interaction with the desk staff in getting their assistance in updating my reservation. It was booked through a 3rd party vendor. But when the 3rd party vendor needed the on-site property's assistance for making those updates, and were contacted directly by said 3rd party company, they were not helpful in updating property information for making this change.

Clean, centrally located, easy to get to, friendly staff
Honestly the only reason I didn’t give it a 10 is because I am a travel nurse and stay at Residence Inn’s as I drive back and forth across interstate 80, and this was the only one that was the most expensive (and for an open studio concept not even a separate bedroom) and still charged me over $100 extra for my 15lb dog (doubled the cost of my stay). All my other stays pets were included in the price or were a small or refundable fee. The Residence Inn in Hammond, IN came with no fee so I’ll be staying there again next time.
