DO NOT STAY HERE

It had a bed , that’s about all we liked .

The property has recently changed hands and it seems like know body cares about anything . Breakfast was a joke , half a loaf of bread but no butter or spreads and waffles , when we enquired on our first morning we were told the truck didn’t arrive , on the second morning same thing , and were told we don’t provide breakfast , even though on check in we were told the breakfast hours . ( we booked as it advertised breakfast ) No coffee machine or hairdryer in room even though it was listed in room facilities, was given both after complaining. Don’t expect any house keeping , if you want fresh towels or your bin emptied ect you have to ask . On our last afternoon a big fight erupted in the foyer between locals who just seemed to be hanging around , 4 police cars arrived ., pepper spray was used in the foyer and we are still choking on it as I write this review . We have complained directly to the Red Roof company because this place is dragging their good name down .

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn't eat it

The staff was horrible. The person who was suppose to be at the front desk was always gone. The cleaning people kept trying to enter are room. If there's a rating for negative I would give this hotel a negative 1000. I m looking how to complain on a higher scale where I can reach the corporate office. To really give emphasis on how terrible the service was.

The king room was very spacious

no jetted tub. fridge did not work. a/c did not work. entry door was messed up. Hair in the sheets. very loud throughout the night. Choosing this hotel for the breakfast was not worth it. hardly anything for breakfast there

Staff very rude! Was given a room with someone already in it. They are having their friends, etc staying in rooms for free. Overnight clerk left a number to call if needed and slept in a room. Left towels and toilet paper on counter all night in case guests needed.

There was no breakfast. Also I paid extra for the Jacuzzi room and when I got there the Jacuzzi didn't work.

Like red roof but not this one

Car park was ample

Staff were unhelpful and pretty miserable. The room it's self was very tired. The bed had a metal rack under the mattress that didn't fit so it stuck out on both sides. No coffee making facilities and best not use the air con as it looked burnt out. Breakfast again was a pretty sorry exhibition of why did they bother. Grumpy staff providing bran or frosties cold coffee or orange juice.

Don't Stay Here

There were lots of eating options nearby.

The room seemed nice enough until we went into the bathroom and saw the tub was lined with mildew and the fixture was at a 45 degree angle. There was no Kleenex tissues and the sink was so high it was difficult for my wife to reach. There was a big line down the middle of the TV and no TV at all when storms moved through. We were told at check in that coffee would be available at 5 am and breakfast was 6-9. We left at 7 am and there was still no coffee or breakfast. When we went to the desk to find out what was going on we couldn't find anyone in duty. When we eventually found someone she said she couldn't make coffee and didn't know where the breakfast person was. Also, when we walked the grounds with our dog, the grounds were littered with trash.

Beds were comfy. Hotel’s location is good. These were the only redeeming qualities.

The lobby was dirty, the entire second floor and elevator reeked of marijuana. Whole place is outdated. Loud guests at all times of the night.

Great location but not family friendly

Location was great. Right off interstate and close to a ton of restaurants.

The lobby sitting area had trash on the ground. The elevator and hallways were filthy and reeked of marijuana. The smell was so thick we could smell it in our room with small children as well.

Lock all the available locks on your door!

I like the location of the hotel.

I did not like that one of the employees entered my room with a key, and did not acknowledge who he or she was. That was scary, unprofessional, and very inappropriate. I will not be staying here again unless they hire new employees.

It was terrible.

There was no breakfast

There was no breakfast. The room was not clean. Urine on the toilet, hair all over the bathroom, colored liquids all over the walls,holes in the walls. The floors were so dirty in the bathroom that they were sticky. My husband took a towel and hand soap and cleaned the bathroom before allowing our children to use the restroom. Had there been another pet friendly hotel with availability we would have left immediately.

very dirty, lots of noise, loud people in adjacent room at 11:30 PM, very loud TVs down all down the hall with very little noise buffer. full garbage bag in hall outside room. had to leave after an hour because of noise.

Met my expectations for the purpose of my travel adventure.

Decent location for my itinerary in Vicksburg and to continue my trip. Starbucks and a Walmart were relatively near. They have an elevator for accessing the second and third floors.

No breakfast, though coffee was available.

Not having breakfast was very discouraging but vending machines were also empty.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and everything was clean

Main reason I chose this motel was breakfast was to be served. Next morning we went down to sign telling us no breakfast and to add insult to injury coffee pot was empty!!!

Would definitely recommend for comfort, convenience and value.

They room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was that we were not told that there would not be breakfast available during our stay.
