Location is nice.
First time I visited several months ago everyone of the staff was very polite and seemed to welcome me. Now on this visit and several others the staff are not very friendly at all. The website is never working correctly and when you call for a reservation you are promptly put on hold. Takes forever and once again, the feeling is you are bothering the staff by wanting to stay there.

That we weren't notified that the pool and spa wouldn't be available at time of booking. That was a big reason we booked at this hotel.

When getting to my room and opening the door, hearing voices. The TV was on and that was a little disturbing. So I suggest on leaving it on. Also, the Starbucks closes early.
