Pretty good, friendly & helpful staff
Shower mats should have been offered at checkin as there were no non slip surfaces on the tub. I wasn't aware they were available

All the front desk people were wonderful. The bed, sheets, and pillows were all really comfy. Clean room and bedroom.
You can hear everyone’s door slam in the morning when they head to breakfast. I got in late so needed to sleep late, but even with my noise canceling headphones the doors slamming prevented me from being able to sleep in the morning. If you wake up early or need to get to work, it shouldn’t be a problem.
