A standard flop house for travelers with low standards

It was a place to spend the night, but I didn't expect much. The place provided a bed, TV, and shower, nothing more. It's also close to downtown Bristol.

At check in with the lobby door locked, I provided my ID and credit card through a tiny window. This was very strange since it was the town of Bristol on a quiet Sunday afternoon. It was something one might expect at midnight in Detroit or East St. Louis. The facility is also in dire need of basic maintenance or better yet a makeover.

Horrible

There was no breakfast. Our air conditioning was not cooling and he could have cared less.hhe is a very nosey person watches every move you make almost creepy.

He could have fixed air or gave us another room but he wanted to charge us an extra 150.00 to change rooms. We paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 so he made money off us.

Got this room for a homeless lady and it was very comfortable and nice for her.

It was newly renovated and clean. The only problem was you had to move the microwave to plug it in and it was awkward. The room was comfortable for the lady we rented it for. I would recommend this motel. The only other downside was that you had to use a phone from the outside to communicate with staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.

Disappointing

Room was clean

The bedside table fell off the wall on my arm and bruised it. They would not let you in the lobby. Had to do everything through a small window.

nasty

it was nasty.. holes in bedding, stink bugs and nats all in room, chair had stains so bad I was afraid to sit on it and heat/ air conditioner had signs do not touch with dust and debris plus broke vents.. bed frame taped to the wall .. I have pictures and will be contacting the health department. I was given a check in time of 1 and my room wasn’t ready until 230 and I missed 2 hours of an event that I paid 50o dollars ..
