Location was good... breakfast was fairly good too what was offered.... Room was nice and comfortable...
Could do better in the "powdered eggs" too dry/bouncy/no flavor as such...?

My door was broke dirty bathtub and dirty toilet microwave was running non stop only enough toilet paper to use maybe for one sitting if that

Easy to get to. Walkable by the river and close to restaurants. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
No ice machines that worked but looks like they were getting new ones. Breakfast area was extremely small for how many rooms they have.
But the host was friendly.

The cleanliness was terrible, room was decent for the price. Riverfront was good. Breakfast was very basic and quality inconsistent
