Mornings are amazing with the view and the sound of nature. The facility is well kept as well. Would likely re-book at the hotel if we ever plan to visit Hawaii again.
The parking is a bit difficult to maneuver around. Bonus amenities would have been much better if there was an instructor to guide us on how to use the kayak.

Great location. The communal area on the deck area next to the lagoon was very well presented.
The aircon unit in the room was a bit noisy. We had to turn the thermostat down really low, so that the aircon did not turn off and on all night.

Paradise Bay is really great in terms of maximising what it can offer guests and make the most of its location. The staff are very responsive, professional and helpful and the programs/rentals are really nice in what it offers.
The air conditioning units are a bit loud but we got used to the sound of it.

Noisy the room we stayed #53 especially the bedroom with the king size bed. There was a machine running so u won't be able to sleep well. the room is located on the road side. guest park infront of the gate ao it's hars to get in the unit. alao there is no light going to our unit we have to use our phone to light our way.
