I will say the staff was friendly. The hotel and facilities were clean. The breakfast was great.
What wasn’t great we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to connect, which was not detrimental to our stay. The mini fridge in the room made a loud sound which made it hard to sleep. We did unplug it and made sure to tell the front office the next day very minor issues that can easily be fixed. We were only there one night so we didn’t find it necessary to make a big deal about it. We would stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had many options. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and made good recommendations. Very close to shopping and the event venue I was visiting. Very well lit parking lot. Mini store in lobby was helpful.
I had to ask for a iron for my suite. Towels feel cheap and rough, softener might help. Not sure why the pillows are folded in half. Just leave them full and fluffed at the head of the bed, guests don't want to spend time untucking the pillows at bedtime. Parking is a little tight. Refrigerator was noisy in the room.

Most areas were nice. However The pool are was filthy. Broken or no screens in open windows. Open door to the pump room. It had a fan blowing on the equipment. The hot tub was cloudy. So I didn’t use it. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock. And the dead roaches and various other bugs were everywhere.
I was also not informed that there would be a $100 incidental hold. I was ok with this. I just should have been informed.
The phone said dial 911 in an emergency. But it was dead in the pool area.
