Great overnight rest spot on the way home
The check in was very easy. We like that we can stay with our dog ($25 pet fee) and they have a little enclosed pet area that they can wonder off lease. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy. Lots of choices (not many if you are GF) for breakfast.

Great Pet-friendly option in beautiful Moab!
Great location in Moab. We had our retriever with us and the property was next door to a great walking path through a wooded area. The room was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the breakfast, which had waffle and pancake makers.
Next time we stay here we won't request a room at the end of the hall. The exit door toward the pool area is heavy and closes with a bang! I never knew so many people started their day at 6am.

Clean rooms and comfy beds were key. I come to Moab 10-12 times a year for off-roading and it’s always nice to have a co
Clean. Up to date. Convenient.
Staff was stressed out and short tempered although not unfriendly.

Could be great but some areas need improvement.
Gloves and sanitizer were right by the start of the line and guests were asked to wear them. Rooms were clean.
The elevator is in serious need of repair. It grinds, vibrates, and makes popping noises when moving. That doesn't instill confidence. Also, the interior of the elevator was a mess. Looked like no one had wiped down the buttons or panels in a very long time. Come on, that should be done daily in this era of Covid. Also, the bathroom door lock didn't work. The toilet was so low flow that it plugged up. Staff were ok, but not overly friendly and it felt like we were imposing on them just to do their job. The do not disturb cards fall right off the type of door handle you have installed every time you open the door.

We will stay here again if we are ever in Moab again.
I loved how clean the hotel and rooms smelled. I loved how cool the rooms were after a hot day outside. The staff helped with anything we needed. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Our room was big and spacious. Great place to stay and pet friendly, too!

Pleasant experience for our stay.
Good variety. Fresh food. Staff cleaning off tables as soon as vacated so were always ready for next group to eat.

Superb
Comfortable bed.
A bit pricy for what you got but that is true for pretty much any place in Moab.

Dirty bedding and prices ranging from $230-$400 a night make me question the great reviews it has.
I am disabled and have a service dog. Because this hotel also allows pets, there was a grassy area specifically for them to potty in, which was great. I also didn’t have problems with other dogs chasing, distracting, or being aggressive toward my service dog. The staff at the front desk was always nice as well.
The mattress and very thin duvet were both stained. Thankfully, the sheets weren’t, but it is enough to stop me from staying there ever again. The quality overall is not very high, which I would expect from a hotel charging one quarter of the price. The regular rate for this place is $400 per night. I was “lucky” enough to only pay $800 for three nights and have since seen online deals for $230 a night. With a rating of around 8-9 out of 10, I was super excited to find it last-minute for a price less than the similarly rated hotels in the area. Instead, I ended up at a hotel that would only charge $80 a night if it were in Salt Lake, but is alright charging four times that because it’s in Moab.
