Centrally located in downtown Eugene, easy parking, love being able to pull right up in front of room to unload and pack up, great breakfast included, comfy room and bed, lots of pretty flowers on property
We need a wheelchair accessible room for travel due to family member in wheelchair. This room checks ALL the boxes, except the sink in the bathroom, which you cannot roll under. For someone in a wheelchair, this is very frustrating, ie. hard to brush teeth because you can't get close enough to sink. Room would be 10/10 if sink could be improved

Charming basic room. Good location and the best breakfast ever! Very welcoming morning staff.
They really need to post the dog fee. The Booking description said “possible dog fee”, the actual charge was $50! That’s on the high end for dog fees at hotels. And unlike other doggy accommodating hotels, there were no amenities given for the dog. Other hotels we stayed at gave biscuits, bowls and even a doggy mat. And most importantly, a grassy area available for morning and evening walking.
Also, half and half for coffee rather than packaged creamer at breakfast would be nice. But the breakfast was so amazing half and half wasn’t missed.
