would not recommend unless it's a last resort

arrived after 9pm. pool closed at 9pm but there were several guests still in there. I was in need of water exercises for my lower back after 8 hours driving. Clerk didn't seem to care. allowed the other guests to stay and I was turned away. Also, the first floor room was very noisy from guests and traffic outside the paper-thin walls.

Over all, very pleased with our stay.

Amenities were great for the price we paid. Very pleased with the price. Also, very pleased with the cleanliness of the room.

Lack of lighting over the sink. Was not as bright as we would like for it to be.

Gross and disappointing.

Decent parking

The room was gross and in disrepair. It was clear that the room was not cleaned. They just made the bed. That’s it. The tub was slick and stained. Trash was left behind. Residue was left on toiletries. Construction caulking was on the bathroom door from where the mirror used to be. The toilet ran all night and the bath tub leaked water all over the floor and into the room. There was some kind of goop on the frame of a mirror. There was what looked like pizza sauce and cheese on the foot cover that I didn’t see till the morning. The clerk was asleep on the lobby couch with a video game still running in his hand. They didn’t have the room that I reserved and paid for so they had to give me a different room.

the cleaning staff was very helpful when we needed something.

the room had patches on the wall, needs painting, the bathroom ,everything needs updating. we parked in the back, litter everywhere, someone did empty the garbage container, then the bag sat on the sidewalk for two days.

Never get the suite!

I love that it’s close to everything!

When your in the suite rooms you can here everything to cars bumping and everyone playing in the pool! Sound prof my butt! Oh and the ants in the middle of The night!

Paid too much money for the hotel to be in such neglect.

I loved the easy access to the frontage road.

Property needs updated and maintained. Front desk left the phone off the hook all day and evening so we had to physically go down to the desk to ask for a different room.

A very pleasant accommodation for the price point.

Room was comfortable with good bed and great pillows...having had back surgery, these items are important.

They are working on renovations- putting down new carpet and some bathroom revamping, so the room looked much nicer than expected.

It was not very clean. I found multiple hairs in the tub prior to use. Bathroom floors were dirty. Vending room floor was filthy and had ants.

Convenient to the location of my business. Clean and spacious room.

I was in a corner room with the outside wall adjoining the entryway, and it was noisy all night long. The smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the room from the traffic in and out the exit. Wish they would have informed the guest that the pool was closed prior to booking.

Missing light bulbs, slow wifi, cleanliness, hair dryer didn't work, no discount on a smoke filled room that someone had just got kicked out of.
