Great location

Ashley, the front staff, was super friendly and personable. Made us feel like we were really staying at a small, hometown venue rather than just another place. The lobby was cozy and clean. The Lodge is nestled in such a beautiful place. The soaking tubs were really clean and the restroom was well cleaned. Enjoyed breakfast. The outdoor games were really fun.
We got our room switched last minute “because it would be closer”? Was hoping for one with the cabin interior like advertised but instead was the outbuilding that more resembled a mobile home or camping trailer. Relatively clean and functional, just not what was expected. With the busyness of the evening didn’t realize I cared so much until it was probably too late to realistically ask for a change.

The soaking tubs were great and the staff and guests were friendly and social
The carpets were old and dirty. Smelled like old dog.

TV wasn't working, DVD only. Counter help was annoyed when asked for help.
