We stayed in a private primitive cabin (wood stove for heat, shared bathrooms in a nearby building) which was very cozy with its own front porch. Bed and linens were more comfortable than expected. The main lodge was great with a delicious restaurant, plenty of seating outside the restaurant, games, and a bar. We didn’t have time to make use of the fire pit out back, but it looked lovely. Staff was great.

Breakfast was amazing. Chili for dinner was excellent. Huckleberry cheesecake couldn't be better.

The restaurant food was terrific. The setting and atmosphere of the lodge and cabins was great.
The restaurant / lodge was understaffed. It took far too long to get checked in due to the host performing dual duties. It took a long time to get seated and served for dinner, even in the bar, even though several waitresses would walk up to the waiting customer and not acknowledge or say anything.
Regarding our cabin, it was quaint and cozy, but the beds were not very comfortable - probably time to upgrade the mattresses. The room did not have a refrigerator, microwave, or TV. Those absences were not clearly evident when I selected the cabin.
