Good property and stay
No coffee makers in room I had to go downstairs and get coffee every time aggravating
And the swimming pool is not functional and I stayed there three days

Location was right off of interstate, hotel one of top rated in the area, first night cost was reasonable. Breakfast was really good w/ lots of options. Room and dining area very clean. Comfy bed and pillows.
I was charged $5 higher than Booking.com’s rate due to “card fee.” How else are you supposed to book a room online?? I feel that’s a ridiculous charge. Manager agreed to drop. I haven’t verified bank account. Staff took 5-10 mins to come to the desk at peak check out time. They were in the back office and ignored or didn’t hear my repeated calls to them. I also called on the telecom outside the door. No response. A little pricey on the weekend! ($170/king)

Location was convenient. The room was clean and quiet.
I had trouble the second night connecting my computer to wifi.

The beds were nice and the room was spacious. Everything was clean. Clean towels. Nice brand for soap and shampoo. Nice big walk in shower with non slip floors. Fridge was big. Let us check in early. Best office chair I’ve ever sat in. USB ports and plug in’s by the bed.
There was a kids party going on in the pool room and they had guests that were coming and going so it wasn’t able to be a shared space. The hot tub we tried the next morning wasn’t hot at all and the pool looked murky. The breakfast was not good at all. Bad water pressure in the shower.
