Breakfast was ok... You guys used to have a jalapeno omelette that was great, mixed with bacon or sausage or both, but now, it's a challenge to find anything besides warm milk and stale muffins . I know you guys can do better.
I didn't like that i was told that i couldn't get a plate and take it to my room. I do believe that I paid for the room.

The front desk guy was very capable, accommodating, and friendly. Located within walking distance to a gas station and near a main road with lots of food and shops. It seemed to be a pretty quiet location. The room roomy and clean. Fresh bagels for breakfast.
We were assigned a smoking room. The receptionist was able to change it easily. When we went to the new room and opened the door, it was already occupied. We were assigned a 3rd room, which was clean, but smelt of mildew and bleach. The bathroom sink kept backing up. The pillows were small and the mattress was hard. The vending machine on floor 3 was not working and there was rubbish in it. The hot tub was a cold plunge. The pool towels were not much bigger than a tea towel. The breakfast eggs were straight rubber. Would have been happy if the hot tub worked at least, it's the main reason I chose Quality Inn for our stay.
