Good location
The pool looked dirty. Wouldn’t get in it.

clean room. nice breakfast
There was only one chair in the room that made it uncomfortable for two people. There was no tv remote in the room. Staff did come to the room and connected a new remote to the tv.

Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, and close to restaurants, and had a good warm breakfast including waffles, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, apples and bananas

The room was very sufficient. In order to maintain a Sleep Inn flag, certain standards must be met, which they were,
The bath tub had mold and other immovable and unknown substances in the tub. But that was not the real problem. The real problem was the attitude of the individual managing the front desk. Upon arrival, it was clear that we interrupted whatever he felt was more important than checking us in. He was efficient in checking us in, so efficient that he was not hospitable. This is the hospitality industry, so show some courtesy to your guests. Then, to make matters worse, we could not get the TV to work, so we contacted the front desk to get help. The same person showed up to help, but was clearly upset about disrupting his evening. Another example of the lack of hospitality.
The breakfast was also minimal, but that was expected, so no big deal.
