The room was okay, I loved the breakfast. I enjoyed my stay. My family was also able to room close to each other, so it was great. We also had space to hang out and eat as a family. Thank you
The carpets in the rooms felt dirty. I was so afraid to walk bare feet on it and did not feel comfortable letting my daughter sit on it. The linens also did not smell fresh.

The property was close to downtown St Augustine where we were doing alot of activities. Near the interstate & good restaurants. Very clean & quiet.
The elevator stopped working one morning. We had to take the stairs from the 4th floor to the 1st. But it was fixed the same day, so not really a big deal.

The breakfast was good
Being moved to a different room at 9pm at night because of the A/C was making noise, the tv went out and had to be fixed, and nobody was properly cleaning the pool regularly
