Centrally located opposite the tranquil Snapperman Beach, right next to the luxurious Palm Beach Wine Co deli, and a two minute stroll to Barrenjoey House for long lunches and happy hour sundowners. Local restaurants and cafes, Palm and Whale surf beaches, golf course, water activities and nature walks are moments away. Key features The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four adults. There are two bedrooms (1 x queen bed, and 2 x single beds), and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has built-in wardrobes, shutters and blinds, ceiling fans in each room, and air conditioning in both the loungeroom and the bed rooms. There are two generously sized bathrooms, one connected to the living room and one an ensuite with bathtub to the queen bedroom. The living room includes a Samsung Serif TV with Airplay and Chromecast, a Bose Bluetooth speaker and a Bowers and Wilkins Airplay speaker. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The apartment is fully appointed for your stay. For work-from-away getaways, Sunchaser has NBN internet, ample power points, a large and comfortable dining area which is great for working at, and a standing desk which is quick and easy to set up. All linen and exit cleaning is included. The apartment includes one secure, undercover parking space. The boutique Iluka Resort complex includes a swimming pool, BBQ area and guest laundry. One small pet may be available on request - pet fee applies. Short to long stays For short stays, Sunchaser is the perfect weekender at the heart of Palm Beach. Perfect for summer and winter romantic getaways, wedding accommodation, or short escapes with friends. For longer stays, the apartment offers all the everyday comforts with lock up and go convenience. The generously sized living area is great for entertaining guests, and offers a variety of spaces to relax and work – ideal for people looking to work from a beautiful location for a period, or renovators in the area looking to stay comfortably nearby. There is a 2 night minimum stay throughout the year, apart from mid December through January which is a minimum of 6 nights. Weekly and monthly rates available. Please note Guest Registration / ID Check : Beach Stays requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary guest it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests. Check-in is made super easy with Beach Stays – we will provide access codes via text and email just prior to our standard arrival time.

1) Difficulty with door key,?a poor duplicate key,very difficult to turn to open lock. 2) Bedroom 1 with ensuite, whilst climbing into shower which was also a spa bath,the door on the side of wall of the spa bath fell open onto my (R) leg.

This lovely house made me wish I could transport it to a beach - because that's all that would have made the stay better. We were in town for cheer nationals and prefer VRBOs rather than hotels. This was a great location and as others have said in their reviews, there is literally EVERYTHING you would need in this house - it's very cozy and well appointed. The charger port/battery hubs in the bedrooms were awesome. The decor is tasteful, the beds were cozy and the location was just what we needed. The only thing that took us a minute was figuring out the TV but that's mostly because we didn't have any of our younger kids with us to figure it out for us! Thanks for a great stay!

What a great place for a short or log stay - even a WFH break. Set in a very peaceful location with a short walk through to Snapperman Beach, the amazing Palm Beach Wine Company is just on the corner along with Club Palm Beach on Barrenjoey Road. The amenities were all first class and we can't wait to stay again soon.

This is a lovely little unit it’s such a pretty place somewhere we haven’t spent much time even though it only and 1.5 hours from home. Great cafes close by. We certainly will be back to spend more time and discover the area a bit more.

Very nice location, one row back from the beach - easy walk to the ferry and shops. Loved having the cafe next door and Palm Beach Wine Co (and providores) for fresh bread and treats on the corner. Apartment was very clean and well supplied. There are water views from the balcony / living area - not expansive but enough to give you a pleasant reminder of where you are. Checkin/out was super easy. Would definitely stay again.
