Rude and disrespectful 😤

People were being rude stomping and pacing back and forth. Jumping on their bed, couldn't get no sleep, wasnt dealt with. No clean sheets, towels weren't clean, just disappointed. I had better stays than this. Either fix the mistakes or I will not come again to this hotel.

The night staff was very helpful and polite, very respectful and delightful.

The maintenance of the room was not up to par. Curtains were not hung right and we're hanging off the rod and the bathroom power receptacle did not work at all. The wifi was so weak that we couldn't sign on.

I didn't stayed there, as soon as I pulled over the property I left, the hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures, the area is horrible.

just had a place to stay at a cold night

with fridge and microwave

smells like pee. linens are too old and has rips and holes in them. bed is too high. flooring is terrible. overall needs remodeling. it’s outdated

The receptionist was really nice. Her service skills was out of the hotel league. They took an all star employee from a 5 star hotel and hire her at the less than 1 star motel

It was not worth the price. Wasn't even worth a free stay. We went to 3 different rooms till we found one that was ok to stay. All the other ones had broken beds, broken door knobs etc.

The easy access to the freeway.

It was so unclean that we went to the store to buy cleaning products. I didn't expect to do that. Tub, toilet, and sink was extremely dirty. Please do better. Will not return here.

The hotel needs a major upgrade. The room is smell and dirty. And they do not provide breakfast,which is a main reason to select this hotel.

I have been over charged and the camera record is the truth. Before my PIN number and when I woke up there was a $219 charge. they are dishonest and get the money knowing that I didn't have any penalty with smoking 🚭 and I keep getting hung up phone calls and so I called the police and they said it was a civil matter. I'm not making any progress with getting my money back so maybe you can help with something. I know how business is bad reputation for a business it's not going to get you millions just going to give you complications and karma is the best
