The property itself was well kept. Clean, inviting. The young ladies at the desk were prompt, professional and very courteous. The room was fantastic, the beds were great slept like a baby. Everything was clean as was the balcony which overlooked the pool. Fabulous!

Property was great well kept. The room was clean, beds were comfy. The front desk was helpful and courteous.
What I didn’t care for was, 1. We have a small dog and the rulers are you can’t leave the animal unattended, no problem. But breakfast I couldn’t take anything back to my brother from the breakfast bar who at the time was watching the dog. I feel if you can’t leave animal unattended, you should be able to take something back from breakfast bar. 2. For the price, I feel I shouldn’t have to hold down lid of coffee pot for it to work and I should be able to get more towels from housekeeping which I was denied. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I was denied towels and I travel quite a bit lately.
