Nothing, the property wasn’t clean. The pool was disgusting. The entire room had wiring issues. All the lights would flicker unless you tapped the light switch just right.

We stayed for three days and not one offer of turn down services. I had to go to the front desk for more towels and they wanted to charge me for them. This place is terrible. Also, you had to almost use a battering ram to open the room door.

The staff was friendly and helpful

easy access The young front desk manager (we checked in at 10 pm) was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The facility was generally run down. There was tape over the elevator button to keep it from falling in. The pool was full and dark green algae, many frogs were in or around it. We had to change rooms initially because the bathroom floor was wet with a very strong smell of bleach.

You had to clean your own room if you stayed more than 1 night you have to ask for clean sheets and towels as well.. they don't care about if you need a little help with price adjustment which they can do they want every little bit they can get if you book threw a 3rd party they get mad and say they are there to make money not loose it and some how they charge your card an amount then show it was denied but on your end it shows that amount went threw!

There were cockroaches, the room was dirty, the bedding had holes and the pillows were old and gross.

a/c was stuck on “on” did not have heat advertised a breakfast but didn’t have anything out all morning because “they were out of muffins and stuff”

Breakfast i rate Bad . Listed as grab and go breakfast ,, Muffins and yogurt only food items and coffee and hot water for tea No Juice of any type... Instead of grab and go should say go somewhere else for breakfast Location was Great for our use..

Hotel listed Laundry Facility but there were no Washer and Dryers... Unbelievable .....

The guy at the front desk was very nice!!

The rooms was very dusty. They didn't clean the floors at all. The sheets had hair in them. The coffee maker didn't have all parts so you could make your own coffee. The breakfast was only a muffin. No shampoo AT ALL. THE PILLOWS HAD HAIR ON THEM. THE HEADBOARD WAS EXTREMELY DUSTY. THE TV STAND HASN'T BEEN CLEANED IN A LONG TIME. THE NIGHT STAND NEXT TO THE BED HAD TOBACCO IN IT. CRUMBS WERE BEHIND EVERYRHING. THIS ROOM WAsN'T Worth its at all and they should tell people they don't have Breakfast

The pillow cases were stained and looked dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns all over and the ice tray lid was filthy. No coffee pot or filter. I took photos and showed the staff on duty. Staff was rude except for James. He was very kind and helpful. Very disappointed especially at the rate I paid. I went back to ask staff a question and said thank you. She had attitude and didn’t respond so I turned around and said thank you again so she finally said thank you. Just rude!! I don’t like being treated that way when I’m a paying customer. Sometimes as employees, they forget that customers are the reason their jobs exist. Kindness goes a long way and it doesn’t hurt to be kind. I was truly disappointed!!!
