The front desk staff was nice.
The cost. Jacked up room prices for move-in weekend. No fruit selection at breakfast, terrible chicken sausage. Loud AC

Hampton inn hotels need better beds. We stopped at several on our trip. Same at all locations we stayed at. Clean hotels and easy location for on off highway.
Beds and pillows were not great. Hard beds for people who like a nice stiff bed.
