It was a great stay!

They had everything that we needed. Restaurant, cleanliness and staff were overly kind.

Beds were very comfortable! Didn't care for the height of the bed.

The property was clean and has a nice swimming pool, the complementary breakfast was good

We walked out of our rooms to take our bags out, we didn’t turn in our hotel keys and when we walked back to our hotel room the cleaner was already in there ripping the sheets off the bed and taking trash out… he handed the rest of our belongings and said “we forgot them” we did not forget them we didn’t check out!

Location of this hotel is good. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and tried so hard to be helpful.Hunter especially went above and beyond, and was very understanding with issues we were having.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but overwhelmed. That was obvious from the moment we checked in. Unsure if there's issues with in-house housekeepers or a housekeeping contractor for the hotel, but whomever is in charge of cleaning up is not doing it. Room was visibly dirty. Beds had not been changed and had visible dirt on the sheets. Mirrors and countertops looks like they had been sprayed with cleaner but not wiped thoroughly. The shower was gross with visible grimy prints and hairs. Had to change out requested bedding ourselves and use our own cleaner to wipe down surfaces in order to feel good about using the room. We were offered another room but it was even dirtier. When I have to pay a full day's pay for a night at a hotel, I actually expected to be clean. I don't blame the staff that was trying so hard to make the problem right, but they were overwhelmed with other occupants and issues with their door card machine. We weren't the only vacationers having issues.
