Location was great for us. Our daughter wanted tide pool and beach that was a short drive from the resort. It was a great old time Maine resort experience that has been updated where necessary. 60-year-old bowling alley was fun! Staff and the views at the restaurant were both awesome!
The free kayaks were just left on the shore and only had a limited number of paddles to boats. We had to wait for a group to return. But what do you want for nothing. Also, the outdoor trash cans outside the Main Lodge never were emptied, it was only cleanliness issue we saw.

Beautiful location! Oceanside pool, lots of activities for kids and adults. Bikes, walking, tennis, pickleball, and golf.
No hot water in Main Lodge upon waking the first day. Called the front desk and no answer. Went down to find out if it was being repaired and they told me "soon". Was back when we returned later that day but no rate reduction was offered. Also the staff did not restock towels at the pool and the clean towels ran out at 3pm on a Friday. The resort seems to be poorly managed and maintained which is sad.
