I like the campy feel, mature trees, and vast lawn for my dog to sniff.
It is dated and not spotless, but the staff is friendly, there are no roaches or bedbugs, and the price is great!

Clean and pleasant budget motel just outside Corning. Our room was partly renovated with laminate flooring. The grab and go breakfast was basic but well stocked.
The property is on an open grassy courtyard surrounded by stands of trees, kind of like a summer camp.
Check in and check out were pleasant and straightforward. Lots of foreign tourists in August.
Not much within walking distance. No ice machine.

The breakfast was surprisingly decent they had enough options to pick from. They also give you 2 water per guest everyday you stay there which you dont see in many places at all. The location was great nice and quite. Staff was also very nice.
The rooms need to be maintained more. I had to clean the bathroom before using it from how hairy it was even in the bath tub. The toilet has a black rum around it so theres no way it was inspected before checkin. Pretty sure the room wasn't mopped and barely vacuumed if it was vacuumed it was done carelessly. Attention to detail is terrible. Also the room had a terrible stench to it. Kind of like mildew. But I guess you get way you pay for.
