The hotel looked and smelled clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Costa coffee available 24/7.
I prefer bar soap in the bathroom.

Check in person was great
Food in the morning , not so good.
All the gravy was gone for the biscuits .
It had been gone for a long time until a customer mentioned it to someone in the kitchen. Person responsible not paying attention, should be more attentive.
I had to go without gravely and biscuits due to herworkmanship

Location, location, location.
Have stayed at this location over the past 4 years. This year noticed the room was looking a bit shabby. No longer looks fresh.
