Everything was perfect! I didn't have a worry or a care in the world. On top of having the perfect nights sleep.
That when I made the first reservation and paid for it!! In a date in the past, the front desk said it would be 7-10 business days until I get the money refunded to my card for the room. I still haven't got my money yet and its now 12 business's days. I would like for this issue to be fixed

I liked the everything. The room was almost completely clean, however, there were a few things a previous guest had left in the room that the staff didn't see.
I didn't like that it was difficult to know where exactly to check in at as there wasn't anything explaining where to go.

All staff was great respectful nice an polite only staff member that was rude an disrespectful was the owner
How rude an disrespectful the owner is an dont ask for a late check out cause owner gets an attitude even more towards you an the fact that bedding is not changed daily or after a guest leaves they just remake beds with same bedding. Our fridge stopped working they didn't fix it they didn't replace it TV never did work they didn't do nothing about it
