My sister said the bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.
My sister said they only had 1 set of towels for 3 people. She won't stay here again.

The bathroom was clean.
Do not stay at Super 8. We had to beg for fresh towels every morning except the first morning. They had only a 1/2 roll of TP in the bathroom which we had to bring our own TP. The lobby was not staffed and we had to go around the corner to the sister hotel that is part of the complex. I haven't seen that before. It looks they are neglecting Super 8 in favor of the other hotel. I should have looked at the reviews before I booked this. Never using Booking.com again.

The price
First room given stunk of smoke and was not cleaned properly. I rejected it Second room was ok but in need of upgrading. Obvious damage in bathroom. Bath had a new sink only good thing. Breakfast was very sorry. We won’t stay there again

I booked and paid for the hotel room, but could not find an Uber, taxi, shuttle or bus to pick me up from fairground campsite of RAGBRAI and transport me to hotel the night of my reservation. It was VERY frustrating. The hotel itself had no shuttle, so I could not get to hotel for the night. I then tried to cancel reservation and get a refund, but the cancellation policy says I must cancel more than 24 hours of paying. I did not discover the lack of transport until i arrived by bike late in the afternoon of the day I booked hotel room.

Everything. The pool hasn't been used for 3 years even though it's still advertised. Had to go to the hotel next door to check in. My daughter's got ate up by bugs. The shower curtain was in a ball on the floor by the bathroom, brackets ripped out of the tiles leaving broken tiles, door to the room looked like a dirty dog had been scratching on it. The power went out for the outlets in the room so no outlets worked. Power also went out in the hallway for our room leaving the hallway pitch black.
There's also no breakfast at the Super 8, although a hot breakfast is advertised. We ended up getting another hotel after my daughter's woke up with bug bites all over. Tried to address the issues with the lady at the front desk and she completely brushed it off. Also tried addressing it through the Booking App and all the hotel had to say was thanks for my stay.

Room smoked in. No smoke detectors. No shower curtain. Room smelled bad. Individual sleeping in hallway. Tv not hooked up. No clock radio or phone. Drawer missing from nightstand. This place should be shut down. What a dump.

The ONE STAFF From the adjoining hotel who Was the only one staff for the two hotelshe was very nice, but that was the only thing pleasurable During check in which we had a walk quite a ways out of our way to the other hotel to check in to separate cause there was no staff @super 8
Let's start with the room was dirty There was dirty blankets and pillows So the beds weren't changed. There There was no toilet paper there was no clean towels and we didn't Get the room that we booked. This swimming pool is not opened and is just a slab of concrete. With no water in it. No elevator so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck getting up the stairs with it. And on top of it, I'm trying to get the other room refunded. Because it's horrible there and I can't even find anyone to talk to it. To get it taken care, there was no staff. We had to walk to an adjoining hotel to be checked in from a different hotel. She was the only manager out of the 2 hotels.

The location was easy to access from the highway.
Upon arrival, we had to drive to the adjacent hotel because no staff were working at this hotel to check us in. The staff were initially unable to locate our reservation. After finding it, they told us they had no king rooms available even though that is what we reserved over three weeks ago. They put us in a double queen room. The tv did not work and the curtains did not cover the window, so there was a light that shined in the entire night.

nothing, it was a disgusting and filthy dirty. Stains on the walls, ceiling and floors. It was so rundown, it would best be suited to be used as a prostitution flop house. Wyndham should be extremely embarrassed to have this flophouse under its corporate banner.
see above. Plus the sanitized toilet wasn’t. The paper banner was in place but upon lifting the toilet’s lis the toilet seat was covered in a thick layer of dried urine. The sight of this and the stench almost made me vomit. The room was crawling with ants. I asked to be moved to another room but none were available so I was put into the attached Baymont. The room at the Baymont was acceptable but my confidence in the Wyndham corporation was severely damaged and makes upset and embarrassed to say I’m a Wyndham Resort Owner.

first room was in a state. of repair. second room had cut hair in bathroom and vaccuum cleaner in room and random bag. at 7:30am, someone tried to get I to the room and woke us:

Staff left at eleven and people were really loud in hall ways, woke me up several times. Room had spots were they patched holes but hadn't painted over them as of my stay. Breakfast was not at hotel but different one. Bad area

The TV didn't work. The hair dryer didn't work. There were no smoking signs all over, but unless you were actually in the room the smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere

Had to switch rooms due to broken TV. They said they were given me an updated room. I wasn't impressed. It was late and I had to go to a different hotel that is connected to this one to get service.

PRICE AND LOCATION ARE GREAT, STUFF ARE FRIENLY. BUT OUR NEIGHBOUR IS VERY VERY LOUD AND SLAM THE DOOR SO HARD, WE THOUGHT THERE IS VIOLENCE ALMOST.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially when it came to the area because it was our first time there.
The website showed a wonderful breakfast with a great selection but it was not that kind of experience at all.

The property was run down and quite honestly we thought about leaving and losing our money. We couldn’t find anyone to check us in and out. We finally after 15 minutes left our room keys in the room and left a note. The bed mattress was sunk in and electrical could not be up to code. Everything was filthy and you had to bend down to use the shower head. There was a lot of people traffic in and out of the room. we just did not feel safe here at all.

Room was still dirty...had dog food or something on the carpet. And noise all the evening and morning. Had no sleep.

The location had good access to highways and the interstate.
It was dirty and unkempt. Free breakfast was minimal compared to other discount motels. The desk man was upset that I used booking.com. TV in my room could only work with a remote which it did not have and which the desk man promised he would bring one to my room but never did.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes (non-smoking room), the bathroom smelled like pee. The main door was dirty. The room looked like it was from the ‘70s, yellow paint & dim lighting. Pretty sure the pictures in the ad weren’t the same hotel or the same room, wouldn’t have rented it if they were.

Even though it was an older hotel, the room was very nice, updated and clean. Bed was very comfortable. For only $76, it was a great value!
Other than the usual waffle, there was very little to eat for breakfast. I wish they had offered some kind of fruit at least.
