I will stay again

Location. The front staff and manager were very polite & friendly even when the system wasn’t working!

The bed skirts were way to big and we’re laying on the floor. Just looked tacky.

over all the purpose of my stay was to have an place to sleep at night while visiting relatives

the comfort of the room was great and the size of the bed was an added bonus, love having the microwave and fridge in the room to keep my food cool or warm up.

The breakfast buffet could have been better, since my eggs and sausage were luke warm at best, and the mini muffins that I had - one could tell they were a couple of days old since they tasted a bit stale

Staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast demand. At times no waffle mix or hot breakfast available

Nice hotel with friendly workers.

I didn’t stay because of the man I talk to on the phone was such an asshole.

Desk clerk Who claims to be a manager could not tell me whether or not their facility was requiring a mask be worn. I called there because I received something saying that their facility was going to require that. The man who answered was a real idiot and would not give me a straight answer so I did not go and stay at that motel and they stole my money. The man told me I would have to get a hold of booking.com to cancel.

We liked this hotel a lot and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fine. There were several items to choose from and it was changed every day. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was spotless. We had our grandson and he went to the pool every day with his grandpa. Area was neat and clean. Aldi’s was within walking distance and Target was very close for any needs we had.

Can’t think of a thing.

It was a very uncomfortable room/stay due to not having adequate air conditioning.

We had a king suite and the air conditioner didn’t work. It was stuck on 76 degrees and took almost 9 hours to drop 4 degrees. It was very hot outside and made sleeping very uncomfortable.

I like that there were multiple secured entrance and exits. My kids loved the whirlpool and pool although ,it was cold outside the hotel and pool water was nice. Breakfast was hot and I enjoyed it.

The third night I stayed the lobby wasn't clean before check Monday morning. Upon arrival I wasn't informed of the hotel room , pool hours, and multiple details. I know this because while waiting to get towels at the front desk the other guests receive helpful details I didn't receive during check in.

Overall, the stay was very good.

The breakfast was good but first day was being cleaned up at 8:30. The assoc listed at least made fine coffee for me.

The second night there were guests in close proximity that were very loud around 1 o’clock in the morning, settled down after about 1/2 hr.

Inequality and Discriminatory behavior

Honestly I only liked what was advertised on the website in terms of an indoor pool and stuff like that however when I showed up was abruptly informed that the pool is not available nor will it be for next 30 days

I amTransgender and an active member in the LGBT community in Metro Detroit. I was discriminated heavily against and treated extremely poorly by two staff members at your property. I already went well in depth in an email regarding this to the survey Hampton Inn Detroit Roseville sent me.
