I had a problem with my AC (first floor) so when they reviewed and didn´t find how to fix it they replace my room for different without an issue
AC however they fix the situation

Everything, breakfast, location, got the ground floor, etc.
Room 118, very hard to lock the door. The deadbolt was hitting the strike-plate. Not sue if the hinge screws were loose, or what, but the door was hanging down enough that the deadbolt was not lined up with the strike-plate (the plate with the rectangular hole the bolt goes into). I has to pick up on the door handle to raise the door to get it to lock, and even then I could tell the bolt was scrapping on the plate.

The breakfast was excellent. I like the warm eggs, sausage and choice of breads and cereal and yogurt. The location was fine. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The AC worked well.
I did not like the carpet in the room was worn and nasty. I did not like the bathroom. It was not updated. The tub was worn and the towels were old. The staff had us wait over 20 minutes for our rooms but I guess that was because we wanted to be in one floor close to each other. But they had that information before we got there. It was way over 3pm before we were settled. I also don't think the price of the room matched the quality of the room: nasty carpet, nasty bathtub, nasty towels.
They also charge $13 to park your car in their property. Well, where else would you park.. the street. And no special security was seen.
