The room was big.
The staff was very unprofessional.
They canceled my booking at 5pm without notice. I arrived at 7 well within the checkin timeframe. They told me they had sold the room to somone else and then proceeded to give me a room that was undergoing some renovation works. The bathroom had been painted and it was a bit dirty with fresh paint. They did not apologize for cancelling my booking. They said they tried to contact me beforehand but they didn't. They had no right to delete my booking because i was still well within the checkin timeframe when i arrived to the hotel.
The breakfast was very poor and small compared to other Baymonts.
Plus, they kept my 100 dollar deposit for over a week before giving it back to me.
Not recommended.
