Staff was professional but a little mix up with room cancelation. Booked 3 rooms initially. canceled one but they were showingi canceled two. Room clean. Location very good but no microwave which i needed. No shuttle or golf cart to near by places

The trip started out at check in with very nice valet, porters and staff. The room was extremely clean and fresh. All amenities were available. The bathroom was large and comfortable. I will be back.

I didn’t like the facility. I booked a room thinking I was staying at Ceasars Hotel instead the room chosen was at Harrah’s hotel their partner location.
It’s outdated and I wasn’t made aware that the room was at the Harrahs location across the street( neighboring partner). Just last weekend I stayed at Ceasars Hotel and I LOVED my corner 4th flr room. A total different experience than the room at Harrahs. Ewww
